MARCH FOR OUR LIVES -- THIS Saturday June 11, 2022

Columbine, Sandy Hook, Marjorie Stoneman Douglas, Robb are perhaps the most well-known schools among hundreds more where thousands of our children have been slaughtered recently. In all these cases high powered military-style assault weapons were used. It’s time we find a way to stop this needless, terrible sacrifice. Here's a start.

Please join Bloomers Rev. Paula Durrant, 2022 recipient of Bloom’s Community Justice Award, and Jack McClelland, SAM co-ministry coordinator, at a March for Our Lives rally THIS Saturday June 11.

Bloomers and friends who decide to go will meet in the Bloom office parking lot at Noon on Saturday and carpool the 45-min drive. The rally/vigil will begin at 1:00pm at the NE corner of Rt62 & Rt247 in Yucca Valley. Bring your own sign if you wish. Wearing hats, sunscreen, plus bringing water, and any energy snacks you may need are advised.

Please, prayerfully consider adding your voice to the millions more nationwide who that same day will be marching for the lives of our children. March For Our Lives is a nationwide organization founded by David Hoog. David, you may recall, is a surviving victim of the massacre at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas high school in Parkland, Florida.
